Tom Wagenhauser is a faith-driven volleyball coach, mentor, and program builder dedicated to developing student-athletes both on and off the court. As Director and Club Coach of Voltage Volleyball, he helped grow the organization from four teams to sixteen competitive teams while creating opportunities for athletes to develop their skills, character, and leadership abilities.

Throughout his coaching career, Tom has emphasized competitive excellence, discipline, servant leadership, and faith-based mentorship. His teams have earned national recognition, including top-25% finishes and a top-10% placement at the AAU Junior National Championships, while helping numerous athletes advance to the collegiate level.

As Head Coach of the Women’s Volleyball Program at Southeast Christian College, Tom is committed to building a Christ-centered culture where athletes are challenged to grow spiritually, academically, and athletically. He believes success extends beyond wins and losses and focuses on developing leaders who positively impact their communities through integrity, service, and faith.

Coach Tom’s vision for Southeast Christian College Volleyball is to build a program founded on faith, excellence, and purpose—preparing student-athletes to compete at a high level while growing into leaders who honor Christ both on and off the court.
